Natural Alur Sanna Rice (Semi Polished)

ALUR Sanna Rice is a semi-polished, slightly brownish rice. It's got a high fiber content and is low in fat. This rice is especially grown in Uttara Kannada district and parts of Hasan districts of Karnataka. It is frequently used in classic dishes like idlis and dosais because of its distinctive flavour and texture.  Given that it has more fibre and minerals than white rice, it is seen as a healthier option.
