Special Banana Papad (with Malnad Spices)

Banana papad is a traditional Indian snack made from raw banana, cooked, grinded and flattened. It can be fried in Cooking Oil or baked in direct flame; Add a drop of pure coconut Oil to enhance the taste, if baked.  Bananas are a high-nutritional-value food that is high in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. They are high in dietary fibre, vitamin B6, and potassium. They are also low in fat and calories.
